Short version: Stripix works on your device, your files stay yours, and Pro is bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play.
These terms apply to Stripix: Photo Converter for iPhone and Android (“the app”), made by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. The terms of the store you got the app from (Apple’s App Store or Google Play) also apply.
1. What Stripix is
Stripix is a set of photo and PDF tools that run on your device: converting, resizing, compressing, removing metadata, watermarks, text recognition and making PDFs. There is no account to create.
2. Free and Pro
Some features are free: converting a single file to JPG or PNG, removing GPS location, and turning one photo into a PDF. The rest is Stripix Pro, available as:
- an auto-renewing yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers;
- an auto-renewing weekly subscription;
- Lifetime, a one-time purchase.
Pro is sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it: on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the current period ends; on Google Play, any time before the renewal date. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel it before then (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before). You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us: Apple · Google Play.
3. Your files
You keep all rights to your files. The app never changes your originals: results are saved as new files. An original is deleted only if you choose that option and confirm it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or someone else’s rights — for example, to remove a watermark or other rights information you have no right to remove.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
As far as the law where you live allows, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to make it reliable, but we are not liable for lost or damaged files or for indirect losses from using the app. Keep your originals until you have checked the results.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Questions: support@stripix.app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
